An outpatient practice of his own
Dr. Devulapalli is the founder of Image Guided Solutions of Missouri, an outpatient vascular and interventional practice treating venous insufficiency, critical limb ischemia, uterine fibroids, BPH, and vertebral compression fractures, among other conditions.
He is one of a small number of interventional radiologists nationally with experience building an independent prostate artery embolization (PAE) program in an outpatient-based lab.
Beyond the clinical practice
Dr. Devulapalli co-founded Physician Staffing Solutions and serves as Chief Medical Officer of Travelier IR — companies focused on interventional radiology staffing and durable IR coverage for rural hospitals. He is an active voice in the outpatient endovascular space through the OEIS Society.
