Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: September 8, 2026

Vessl Inventory, LLC is committed to making vesslorder.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor — whether they use a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification, speech input, or captions — to be able to find what they need and reach us.

Need help right now?

If any part of this website is a barrier for you, or if you would like information from it in a different format, we will get it to you another way.

Email: info@vesslorder.com
Phone: (919) 666-7933
Mail: Vessl Inventory, LLC, Attn: Accessibility, 7 Hidcote Circle, Durham, NC 27713

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Please tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using, if you know it. You do not need to use any particular wording or identify yourself as having a disability.

Conformance standard

We measure this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard most widely referenced in United States accessibility law and enforcement.

Current status: partially conformant. “Partially conformant” means most of the site meets the standard, but some content does not yet fully conform. We are actively working on the items listed below.

What we have done

  • Declared the page language so screen readers use the correct pronunciation.
  • Made the site logo carry a proper text alternative, so it is announced as “Vessl” rather than read incorrectly.
  • Restored keyboard access to the whole site navigation, including the mobile menu button, so every link can be reached with the Tab key.
  • Added a “Skip to main content” link and a main content landmark to every page.
  • Given every link and button a clearly visible focus outline that stays legible against both light and dark backgrounds.
  • Labeled the fields in our contact forms and marked which are required.
  • Chosen text and background colours that meet or exceed WCAG contrast minimums, including on our coloured content panels.
  • Used a contact form protected by a scoring-based system rather than a visual puzzle, so there is no image or audio CAPTCHA to solve.
  • Made accessibility part of our review process for new pages and content.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following and are working to resolve them. Until they are fixed, the contact methods above will get you anything the site offers.

  • Headings on our policy pages. On some pages the section headings are styled to look like headings but are not marked up as headings in the code, so screen reader users cannot jump between sections. The wording and reading order are correct. We are moving these pages to properly marked-up headings.
  • Website builder. Our site is produced with a visual page builder, and some of the markup it generates is outside our direct control. Where we cannot correct an issue in the builder, we will provide the content another way on request.
  • Manufacturer documents. Product literature, specification sheets, and Instructions for Use are produced by manufacturers, and some PDFs may not be tagged for screen readers. On request, we will obtain an accessible version or read the relevant information to you.

How we assess this site

We evaluate accessibility through:

  • self-evaluation by our team using automated testing tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks;
  • review of new pages and templates before they are published; and

Automated tools catch only a portion of accessibility issues, so we pair them with manual testing.

Compatibility

This website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers — Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari — and with the assistive technologies commonly used with them, including screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech recognition software, and browser zoom and text-resizing settings. It may not work as well with browsers or assistive technologies more than two major versions old.

Feedback and escalation

Feedback helps us improve. Use the contact details in the Need help right now? section above for any accessibility question, request, or complaint.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may ask that your concern be escalated to Lake Odom, Managing Member, at info@vesslorder.com. We will review it and respond in writing.
